Overview
Multidisciplinary discussions of thoracic oncology patient case treatment plans that utilize AJCC staging and NCCN guidelines as part of the evidence-based knowledge that ensures treatment methods used follow the constantly evolving standard of oncology care.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Apply the AJCC standards and NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology to optimize the management of patients with lung cancer.
  2. Review new, emerging, and novel therapeutic agents and treatment strategies and incorporate these into the management of lung cancer.
  3. Improve the collaborative performance of the multidisciplinary oncology care team in the management of patients with lung cancer.
  4. NCCN Guidelines are referenced for treatment planning in conference unless presenter sates otherwise.
