All Together Better Performance Improvement Symposium 2026

The symposium features poster projects representing innovative work from care team members from across Allina Health, showcasing the dedication and creativity of our care teams. For those registering for attending the entire day, lunch will be included. Poster viewing will be in Pettingill Hall, located on the lower level of The Commons, and the speakers and panel discussions will be held in MacMillan Center.

The afternoon session will include a keynote presenter and panel discussions:

• Vaccines: Taking a shot at a safer approach

• Workplace safety leadership series

• Providing goal concordant care

• Systemwide surgical site infection advisory committee

• Incorporating the voice of the patient

1. Recognize the wide scope of performance improvement activities across the Allina Health system in our efforts to improve patient safety and quality of care.
2. Describe how to advance successful improvement work into sustainable operations.
3. Identify the need for systemic transformation in American healthcare.

Registration for the full symposium day is free for all employees, but we do require that you pre-register.   Special dietary needs must be noted during your registration.

To maintain a comfortable and engaging environment, attendance may be limited; early registration is strongly encouraged.

Registration will close at 8:00 AM on Monday, September 28, or earlier if capacity is reached.

If you need to cancel for any reason, we ask that you adhere to our 10-days prior cancellation policy.

Allina Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Allina Health is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 10 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 10-day window.  Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].

Allina Health Office of Accreditation reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
